How to get to Longford and District Riding Club.

LDRC events are normally held on Cutler Park Showground. About 5 minutes drive from Brailsford on the main A52 Derby to Ashbourne road. Once in Brailsford take the Mercaston turn (Luke Lane) up the hill, and down the other side for about 1 1/4miles until a cross roads is reached, take the Mercaston turn, and follow the lane for a further ¾ miles. Cutler Park showground is on your right. Horsebox parking is normally on the right hand side of the right fork in the track. The secretary can normally be located by following the left fork in the track. Water and toilets are normally available. Please keep dogs on a short lead as sheep normally graze neighbouring fields. LDRC use of the showground is by kind permission of Mr and Mrs Smith. Please help by taking all rubbish and horse bedding home.

Spectators are welcome to attend at no cost unless otherwise shown in the club dates.

Traders including professional photographers require prior written permission before operating on the showground, course and parking areas. Proof of insurance cover is required. Please contact us for details.
